Payment
New clients will be asked for full payment at the time of sign up.
To qualify for the Lesson Package discount, payment must be made in full at the first lesson.
Payments accepted: cash, checks or a secure credit card payment made on-line.
Any returned checks will incur a $20.00 processing fee.
Cancellations and "No Shows"
I require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or postponements. If less than a 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your lesson time slot then you are responsible for payment of that missed lesson. The missed lesson can be charged against the balance of lessons in your Lesson Package, or you will be billed separately.
Personal or family health concerns or emergencies are always an acceptable reason for late cancellations or no shows and will not result in a loss or charge for a lesson. I trust that everyone will abide by this policy and not abuse the personal or family emergency clause without due cause.
If you have a business related emergency (a last minute meeting or schedule change) and I am unable to fill your lesson time, you will be responsible for payment of that lesson appointment.
Rain
A decision as to whether the lesson will ?go? or not will be mutual.
My primary teaching facility, DeWitt Golf Center in DeWitt features covered and heated tees.
If you have a lesson scheduled at a site other than at DeWitt Golf Center, and bad weather is forecast or present, we can move your lesson to DeWitt Golf Center.
